Admission is open to classes from Nursery to Class IX at Maxwell Public School. The school aspires to produce students who are excellent in academics as well as social and ethical values, skills and attitudes to contribute positively to the society. Thus, the admission process is designed to test both aptitude and attitude. The test assesses the proficiency in various subjects, it will also reveal the child’s basic knowledge to avail admission to the next class.
- Registration for admission will be open for boys as well as girls, as per the procedure laid down for this purpose.
- School prospectus must be obtained from school office and the registration form in it should be duly filled in by the parents/ guardian and submitted to the school by the proposed date.
- Age criteria for Admission:
- Nursery 2 Years 6 months
- LKG 3 Years 6 months
- UKG 4 Years 6 months
- 1st Std. 5 Years 6 months ….and so on.
- Students will be admitted to their respective classes based on their proficiency and availability of seats in the class concerned.
- At the time of admission students are expected to submit the following:
- Birth Certificate in original, to be brought for verification only. Copy of the Birth Certificate should be submitted to the school.
- School Leaving / transfer certificate from the previously attended school, duly countersigned by the appropriate authority.
- Proof of passing the lower class along with the mark sheet/report card.
- Fees should be paid in full by a new student at the time of admission. The School charges admission fee, tuition fee, computer fee, maintenance fee, betterment fee.
- School fees is payable on quarterly basis with online mode of payment.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded / adjusted.
- The following are not included in the tuition fees: Books, Uniforms, Transportation, Dance, School Trips etc.
